Na het succes van de eerste Classics levert het muzikale gebied van de singer-songwriters voldoende mooi materiaal op om zonder problemen een tweede deel te kunnen samenstellen. 
Deze keer met juweeltjes van artiesten die we misten op deel één zoals Sting, Janis Ian, Cat Stevens en Lyle Lovett en ook de oude getrouwen zoals Leonard Cohen, Chris Rea, Bob Dylan, JJ Cale, Joni Mitchell en Paul Simon.
