Live By Request is a show that has been featured for the last several years on the A&E Cable channel. The show features your favorite recording artists taking phone calls from fans, and then performing the songs that have been requested. I have not seen Kenny Rogers' segment, but have seen several others and it is a very enjoyable show. The host of the show is Mark McEwen from CBS' Early Show. 
Kenny kicks off the show with a solo version of his duet with Dolly Parton, "Islands In The Stream," which was written by The Bee Gees.
