Coastal fishing involves being at the right spot at the right time. This film provides deep insight into the many facets of coastal fishing as it is practised around Fyn, Langeland and Ærø.

We see shots of fishing spots both underwater and from the air. We see the sea trout’s food sources at close range and find the ideal lures and flies for each fishing situation. This film describes coastal fly fishing in detail. The tackle and techniques for both spin and fly fishing are particularly important whenever an angler tries out a new fishing spot. We are instructed in the most effective fishing methods.

Funen has some of the best coastal fishing areas for sea trout in Europe. The film shows some of the large-scale environmental efforts behind Funen’s fantastic coastal fishing.
