Post Description
Crime
GRIME plays a music close to ANGE or MONA LISA, mostly based on the vocals, with an emphasis on the singer's presence and theatrical accents. The melodies are not put aside, as they are mostly built around the organ chords, the saxophone or the flute. The unique piece created by the band has been recorded as a self-titled album, that was issued in 1979. The Musea reissue includes six unreleased and live bonus tracks (30 minutes of music) and a sixteen-pages biographic booklet with five wonderful original designs by the painter Jean-Jacques KILLIAN. This superb piece of work deserves a good position in the long list of anonymous groups playing Progressive rock in France during the Seventies. Not to be missed !
