The TV hardman joins the Baltimore Police Department as they continue their dangerous mission to take guns off the streets and lower the homicide rate in America's murder capital. Patroling the city's most notorious districts, he finds out first hand that guns and drugs are tied together in a deadly web of crime.

Vinnie also heads to the Mexican border as police attempt to stem the flow of drugs, guns, money and illegal immigrants passing between the USA and its southern neighbour. 

In New Orleans, Vin signs up for the Police Department Special Operations Unit for a unique view of life in one of the most violent and deadly places in America. 

A nervous Vinnie also rides with the LAPD Gang units in the notorious district of South Central LA, where he gets to grips with gangland crime, joins the cops on raids, witnesses arrests, and comes face to face with active gang members on the mean streets of LA.
