2. Install Theme Resource Changer (located in the tools folder) This program will automatically change your start button, explorerframe images, shell32 images, and a few other things when you apply the themes.  Otherwise you will have to edit the relevant dll's manually

3. Install the theme of your choice.  Most of the themes included come with installers that will put all the files where they need to go.  If you don't want to use the installers, just extract the files using 7zip, winrar, or winzip. For the Hardwire Red and Blue Themes, you need to put the hardwire folder and .theme file into C:\Windows\Resources\Themes.  Then apply the theme by right clicking the desktop  Personalize  Choose The Theme

4. To install the "By Design Theme You will have to use 7tsp ( located in the tools folder ). 

You also have to use 7tsp to install any icon packs that are contained in this torrent.
