Audi MMI 2G 2014 Unofficial Full Europe

Database from Mercedes NTG1 2014/2015, 2013.Q2, same as Audi 2014

Modified to work with Audi MMI 2G.

The only "thing" is the poi's are from Mercedes. So the Audi category is empty and there are some other symbols. Also when deselecting all pois in the settings some pois are still on the map. I couldn't use the pois from audi because they are devided in West and East Europe.
