Hailing from Israel via London, BORGORE-the man who claims he "ruined dubstep" and bass culture's enfant terrible-has returned to terrorize speakers yet again with FLEX, his fifth EP of original material out Tuesday, February 28. The four-track EP-available as a free download-represents the latest salvo in the 24-year-old producer/songwriter/DJ's rapid ascent.
FLEX features "Kiss My Lips"-a monstrous collaboration with Dev, the dance-music siren behind hits for Far East Movement and David Guetta-and is already spawning dancefloor mayhem. The EP also includes three versions of the title track: a pounding dubstep version; a hip-hop flavored take influenced by the "trap music" of Waka Flocka Flame and Lex Luger-which prove BORGORE's hardest, raunchiest beats yet; and a version remixed by Document One.
