After the death of Bullhorn's cousin and famous porn star Ringo Mandingo, Black Dynamite has Bullhorn go undercover in the porn world as the smooth talking and rhyming Sweet Throat in order to discover who is behind the murders. However, the fame goes to Bullhorn's head before they can discover who is trying to stop the world's first black on white porno film by murdering its star.
