In 2006 en 2007 trok Toto de hele wereld over ter promotie van hun CD Falling in Between. Ze toerden door de V.S., Japan, Europa en vele andere landen. Tijdens hun concert in de Parijse Le Zenith op 26 maart 2007 draaiden de camera's om het optreden vast te leggen voor een DVD. Dat werd Falling in Between Live. Met een wat gewijzigde samenstelling speelde de band een bloemlezing uit bijna 30 jaar Toto.
