"Concert: The West Coast Tour '76 definitely belonged to the best ones fom this year and it was high time for FTD to cover it.
Elvis was in a fantastic mood and he looked fit and slim due to postive changes in his private life. Forgotten were the days of the many dreadful summer concerts. The song line-up of both shows is appealing with highlighs like It's Now Or Never, Bridge Over Troubled Water, Hurt, Hawaiian Wedding Song or the incredible That's All Right, Mama of course.
The Anaheim concert had always been a favourite of mine and I am very happy to have it in soundboard quality now. Also the bonus track from Eugene November 25 and 27 are very well chosen with America and Mystery Train/Tiger Man being unreleased in any form before.
In addition both discs are filled to the brim whichis a nice touch. Well done, Ernst and team!" (Source: Elvisoncd.com)
