Post Description

In 1987, Giorgos Dalaras recorded his best selling album. The LP that made his dreams come true. He selected carefully 12 worldwide known latin classics and added 12 more Greek superb oldies with latin influences and he released a musical masterpiece that was bound to become legendary. He invited to the studio one of his idols, the latin jazz guitar sacred monster Al Di Meola, who added a wonderful sound to all the Greek songs of the album. Dalaras has the "Midas' touch". The magic of his voice, the exotic beauty of these latin songs and the top class of all the participants at this work, made their miracle. An album we cannot afford to ignore. Enjoy Giorgos Dalaras, Al Di Meola and their "Latin ".

“A person does not hear sound only through the ears; he hears sound through every pore of his body.
It permeates the entire being, and according to its particular influence either slows or quickens the rhythm of the blood circulation; it either wakens or soothes the nervous system.
It arouses a person to greater passions or it calms him by bringing him peace. According to the sound and its influence a certain effect is produced.
Sound becomes visible in the form of radiance.
This shows that the same energy which goes into the form of sound before being visible is absorbed by the physical body.
In that way the physical body recuperates and becomes charged with new magnetism.”

~ Sufi Inayat’s ~

Enjoy the feeling
