Kick The Cat is jazz-funk-fusion quartet from Chicago founded in 1996. Their music features complex harmony and extended improvisations. The arrangements can get hairy. As influences musicians mentioned Chick Corea, Tribal Tech, Weather Report and Dixie Dregs.
