“Nice compilation of demos by George Harrison for his "All Things Must Pass" album. In 1970, George Harrison, wanting to prove himself both songwriter and a solo artist, immediately began work on a triple-album once the Beatles' demise was announced. He enlisted producer Phil Spector to produce the album and in May recorded a set of demos for Phil Spector. During the recording of the demos, George Harrison changed a line in "Beware of Darkness" to "Beware of ABKCO" (Allen & Betty Klein Company), the lawer who basically robbed everyone he could sign to a contract. The sound quality here is jaw-dropping good, and seem to have been taken from the original master tape.”
