Rusko - KAPOW EP (2012)

Rusko is a musician who has been releasing on labels for years, but at the same time has been a strong advocate of giving away his music for free. He recently announced after label complications that would be giving all of his music in the future. This is starting with newest KAPOW EP. It’s a 4 song EP featuring some of his tradiatonal dubstep sounds yet delivered in a fresh way on “Yeah”, “Bring It Back”, and  “BOOKASHA” It also includes the glitch-hop track “Like This”. He defintely broke the genre boundries on this, all while maintaining his signature HUGE Rusko sound. He’s the kind of artists that while it does sound good on laptop speakers, you should find some proper headphones or soundsystem to fully appreciate the EP.
