This is The Search for Freedom, a 92-minute long homage to extreme sports from Universal. With a roll-call of contributors boasting every big name in the business, including Tony Hawk, Annie Boulanger, Kelly Slater, Jeremy Jones, Warren Miller, Meg Roh and Shane McConkey, this beautifully shot documentary maps the journey of extreme sports over the last 50 years. It shows how activities that started life as “crazy” niche experiences became part of mainstream culture, thanks in large part to pioneers in each field.
