Post Description
Classic and highly emotional Dutch progressive rock on the now defunct SI Music label. NOVEMBER have a wonderfully accessible sound with a lead singer (Karl Messemaker) who has an unbelievable voice and reminds me very much of Peter GABRIEL. Their sound is a blend of mainstream with fringe progressivre rock elements and do actually remind me Peter GABRIEL's music quite a bit. "The First Of November" is actually quite symphonic with orchestration throughout. I find the songs well written and contain some great musical moments, delivered with some solid musicianship.
