Werelden botsen op elkaar in seizoen 3! Zijn liefdesrelatie met Penny opent een fantastische, 
grote, wijde wereld vol romantiek voor Leonard. Maar Sheldon heeft de wereld toch liever zoals 
hij was. De ingredienten voor een absurd komische formule met de hoogbegaafde, wereldvreemde 
Sheldon en de praktische, nuchtere Penny die op hilarische wijze wedijveren om de rol van de 
belangrijkste factor. In dit derde seizoen, bestaande uit 3 disks met 23 afleveringen, zijn natuurlijk 
ook Raj en Howard weer van de partij. Verder zien we tatoeages, football, genante afspraakjes,
een gevangenis, Stan Lee, een ring uit The Lord of the Rings en heel veel humor in een serie 
die alleen maar beter wordt.
