On the heels of Sonata Arctica's 2005 greatest hits collection comes a live DVD/CD that chronicles their career. The DVD was filmed in Tokyo, Japan in 2005. Clocking in at over 90 minutes, the setlist covers their entire career, from their debut album Ecliptica through 2005's Reckoning Night.

Also included is a bonus CD. A few songs on the DVD don't appear on the CD because of space limitations. If you're not familiar with Sonata Arctica, they are a power metal band with prog metal influences. Their music is melodic and complex with soaring choruses, plenty of keyboards and lengthy instrumental sections. If you enjoy groups like Dream Theater and Stratovarius you might want to check out Sonata Arctica.

The video and audio quality of the DVD are good, and the Japanese crowd seems to be really into the show. Fans of Sonata Arctica will definitely want to add this one to their collection.

Indien je deze ISO/MDS image juist wilt branden is *ImgBurn* (freeware) aan te raden.
