A journalist (Scaech) pretends to be gay to rent a room from a beautiful artist (Eastwood) living in Greenwich Village. He falls in love with her, but she's only interested in setting him up with her gay friends. Basically a hetero romantic comedy anchored by sweet performances from the leads. But the gay angle is silly. The gay friend Tom overacts and the gay office mates are non-convincing as well. At least it's not offensive. Three to Tango anyone?
