Focus on each of your seven Chakras as you relax, stretch, breathe, and meditate accompanied by immersive visuals and atmospheric sounds. The exercises are designed to be done at your pace, allowing you to grow naturally into balanced harmony and greater awareness.

Chakra-based meditation
Through seven movements, users can focus on specific areas of the body to relax and develop a "flow state."

In the "Stillness Meditation" tradition, TheDeepak Chopra's Leela measures players' breathing and provides gentle feedback and encouragement.

Create Customize Connect
To help guide their meditation, players can create and customize personal "mandalas" - artwork that expresses a person's unique essence - and share it with friends online.
