Angel (Donita) believes that her true love is Hendra (Ajun perwira). The best man she has ever chosen. Angel believes that someday her love relationship that has been long enough will be decorated with loyalty, in a marriage relationship. 
One day Angel got an unexpected disaster. She was hit by a luxury car driven by Martin (Evan Sanders). Martin ran away without help leaving the unconscious Angel behind with severe injuries. Angel survived, but the harsh reality is that her legs are paralyzed, and even worse when Hendra vanishes without a word.

Nadya (Princess Una Astari), a friend of Angel, and Angel's cousin, Anton (Jordi Onsu), invite Angel in to Nadya's villa. Angel unexpectedly meets with Martin there. Angel does not know Martin, but Martin recognizes Angel's face. Martin is also seeking peace for his self in that place due to regret over the incident hit and run against Angel, feeling very guilty realizing Angel's legs are paralyzed. However, Martin does not immediately recognize that he was the one who caused that. Since that meeting, Martin is determined to make amends, by finding the best doctor that is able to cure Angel's legs.

Evolving over time, Martin and Angel's relationship becomes closer. The seeds of love between them even blossom. Angel has never realized that Martin was the one who ran her down. Angel no longer cares about Hendra. Until one day, Angel once again have to bear the bitter truth. Is it true? Will their love continue?
