The Main Event is a magical 2 1/2 hour LIVE extravaganza never to be forgotten featuring 40 all time favourite songs including Age of Reason, I Honestly Love You and Music of the Night from The Phantom of the Opera.

Featuring John Farnham, the biggest selling Australina artist within Australia en five times winner of the King of Pop between 1969 en 1973. He is the first Australian to have No.1 hits in the past four decades, and is also a former Australian of the year.

Olivia Newton-John has Top 10 hits in the US en around the world and starred in the biggest musical of all time, Grease.

Anthony Warlow is the king of Australian's musical theatre, having starred in The Phantom of the Opera, My Fair Lady en Lés Miserables, as well as having recorded hit albums, including Centre Stage, On The Boards and Back in the Swing which have achieved gold or platinum status.

Including a behind-the-scenes look at the concert and featuring 13 extra songs not seen on the TV broadcast, The Main Event is pure magic.

Recorded at Melbourne Park, Australia on December 8th 1998 as part of the Main Event concert tour, this features Olivia and Aussie giant John Farnham and Anthony Warlow live in concert! It was first  released on video in 1999 and now available on DVD (same as the video but with Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS 5.1 sound).

This was only released in Australia and suitable for region 4 DVD players
