Gatchaman Volume 16


Synopsis:

In volume 16, Galactor strikes back! First, a Galactor sub infiltrates the Crescent Coral Base and installs a homing device to act as a beacon for Katse's assault forces. Then in episode 92 the Science Ninja Team's world is deep-sixed when Berg Katse finally launches an all out assault on the Crescent Coral Base and sends it crashing to the bottom of the sea! Next in episode 93, as Galactor celebrates the Science Ninja Teams demise and puts in motion their final plans to conquer the Earth, Gatchaman and the others find Galactor's base and launch a counter attack. Will they be able to get Leader X's secret data-tape containing Galactor's plans? In episode 94 Galactor's electric devil beast "Angler" destroys a city power plant thus leaving its hospital's patients, including Ryu's father, hanging on by a breath. It's up to Gatchaman to come to their rescue! Finally in episode 95, Jinpei travels to the Jupiter 
mountains in search of a mysterious ninja sect that just might hold the key to his puzzling past. When he meets an elder ninja they are both attacked by acrobatic, armored chariot-driving ninjas and trapped in a burning cabin! The team is deployed and their base is destroyed. Berg Katse is overjoyed and has been looking forward to this one!
