If you need to tweak some aspect of Windows then you could hunt around various properties dialogs, Control Panel applets, command line tools and the Registry, looking for the appropriate setting. Some tweaks assume a great deal of technical knowledge, and so PC novices should use TweakNow WinSecret 2012 with care. There are plenty of useful options available here, though, and it's well worth a place in your tweaking toolkit
