Notes
The new Czech Blu-ray (DC only) has far more details (probably because it was encoded with x264).
Unfortunately it has wrong colours (Rec601) and banding in dark areas. I converted it Rec709 and fixed
the banding (thx 9mm for cooperation), also fixed slightly dirty lines. Many zones were used to prevent banding from re-appearing.
Also synched video to match audio from US Blu-ray (with music in credits from TC replacing the silence in DC).
