James Taylor - Squibnocket


Recorded in a barn at James Taylor's home on Martha's Vineyard, Squibnocket, named after the house, Taylor and his highly regarded live band have rehearsed in this venue since 1991, and the DVD was recorded during preparations for their summer tour. This means that where most live DVD's give you the experience of seeing songs performed for an audience, and observing the interplay between listeners and performer, Squibnocket sees the songs played to an empty room, and it works well.
