John Rambo woont inmiddels in een klooster. Op een dag komen zijn voormalige kolonel Trautman en de ambassadeur van de V.S. hem opzoeken met een aanbod om een missie te accepteren. John weigert, en Trautman besluit om in zijn eentje naar Afghanistan te vertrekken. Zijn missie gaat echter mis; hij wordt door de Russen gevangen genomen en gemarteld in een zwaar bewaakt fort. Wanneer John is ingelicht, besluit hij om naar Afghanistan te vertrekken en om zijn kolonel te redden. Hij krijgt hierbij hulp van Afghaanse rebellen.

??  Since our releases have such a big difference in both picture quality    
??  and audio quality then all other "Scene" releases! :)                  

??   Why keep DTS-HD MA, DTS and AC3 tracks om same release, simple...

??   We release what carries the best quality of the movies we will be able  
??   to get + we will release with NORDIC sounds for our proud ppl. up here  
??   in the north, so we all can enjoy great movies with our kidz, WITHOUT   
??   any huzzle of trying to get sync with picture and sound or subtitles!:) 

??   Our 2 cents for the"HD x264 Standards", what can I say, they do not     
??   support the NORDIC "scene" at all, as often it goes out from the US-    
??   "scene" English sound and english subs,  so sorry, we do and will       
??   continue to give our beloved ppl. the choince and possibility to choose
??   what language to use on there downloaded movie and what subtitles they  
??   to choose when looking at our movies + for us with the ability to       
??   hear great sound from our recevers, allways keep the original sound for 
??   us to be amazed of! :)

??   And WHY keep the DTS-HD MA track, döööh, maby coz "we" who have th
??   equipment at home also not only want the best encoded movie but also   
??   want to be amazed by the ultimate sound experience!
