One of the best chamber music CDs in the catalogue. -Fanfare Magazine
My interest was piqued by this assessment, along with others like it from a variety of sources (incl. Gramophone and Penguin). I love chamber music, and I'm certainly a big fan of Dvorak, but I wouldn't have guessed a disc of Dvorak piano quartets would garner such praise. However, after listening to this album a number of times, I understand where Fanfare is coming from, and I just may agree.
