James Last en Bert Kaempfert

Bert Kaempfert, geboren Berthold Kämpfert (Hamburg, 16 oktober 1923 - Majorca, 21 juni 1980) was een Duits componist, arrangeur en bigbandleider. Voor de opkomst van James Last behoorde Kaempfert samen met Max Greger tot de succesvolste Duitse orkestleiders van na de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Gedurende een korte periode trad hij op onder het pseudoniem Bob Parker.
