Alfa (Afgan) is a young singer who is reaching the peak of his singing career. Not only he is handsome and rich but also has a strong support from his loyal girlfriend, Laras (Tika Putri). Both of their relationship are rather close and intimate. However, everything changes when Alfa starts to get busy with his singing schedule.

Alfa is also adored by thousands of his fans and one of his fanatic supporter is Jane (Olivia Jensen), who happens to be the granddaughter of rich conglomerate Bakti Hasan (Deddy Mizwar). Jane is so fanatic about Alfa that she dreams that one day Alfa would love her despite of her suffering from cancer and seeks her grandfather's help to meet Alfa.

Through her grandfather's help, Jane manages to meet and get close with Alfa. Laras, who is not too happy about this reluctantly allows Alfa to be with Jane. As Jane's illness worsens Alfa must decide between Laras and Jane. What is the final outcome of this love triangle?
