FULL package is for those that haven't downloaded any of my vb.org packages before.
While update is for those,
that have downloaded my last package (04.26.2009) either as full or update for previous archives, and don't want to download full archive again.
If you are unsure whether you have all the previously released add-ons and templates, download the full package. It contains all the vB.org 3.8.x mods released to this date.
Update package only has mods released since 26th of April.
