The Neighbours Club — a club with the objective of making friends, populated by pitiful boys and girls undertaking pitiful activities.

Despite the incident which happened at the end of summer, the atmosphere at the Neighbours Club continues as before. With the appearance of a strange nun and a student council committee member, Hasegawa Kodaka's days become even more lively.

Exciting times lie ahead as the club makes a trip to an amusement park, plays games, holds a birthday party, takes part in a school festival, and many other events. Eventually, the relationship of the members greatly changes...
