DOCTOR WHO 2010 - THE TIME OF ANGELS DEEL 1
The 10th Doctor finally met his end by sacrificing himself in a radiation Chamber to save Wilfred Mott. Although the death wasn"t immdiate, it eventually caught up with him and he regenerated into The 11th Doctor, as played by Matt Smith.
