Meat Loaf, geboren als Marvin Lee Aday (Dallas, 27 september 1947), is een Amerikaanse rockzanger en acteur. Hij werd vooral bekend door zijn rockhit Paradise by the Dashboard Light van zijn album Bat Out Of Hell (1977), die hij zong met Ellen Foley. De teksten en muziek zijn van Jim Steinman.
