Season 8, Episode 1: Alive and Schticking
In this first episode of the last season, Karen finds out her dead husband, Stanley, is still alive. This is also the first of 2 live episodes in honor of the show's final season.

Season 8, Episode 2: I Second That Emotion
Jack tells everyone he has a very important and famous guest. To make his show stage look better he asks Grace for some help with the decoration. When Jack's guest doesn't show up, he uses Grace as a last-minute replacement. During her appearance on the show, Grace reveals some of her positive thoughts about gay men, but when the show airs, an important part of Grace speech is missing. Karen makes Rosario stay at Will's and Grace's apartment, because she is mad at her because she knew about the fact that Stan is still alive. Will tries to help Karen with her anger about Stan lying to her about his death by making her tearing down the imaginative wall she has built up. This leads to an all new sensitive Karen.

Season 8, Episode 3: The Old Man and the Sea
Grace goes on a blind date and Jack gives Will swimming lessons. 

Season 8, Episode 4: Steams Like Old Times
It's the 10 year anniversary of Game Night Spectacular and Larry and Ellen will come over to celebrate. Will also invites one of his clients from the meal delivery service from Project Angel. Clyde, who is an old man and therefore not much up-to-date, is not good at the games that are played, which all involve Celebrity gossip and movie knowledge. Unfortunate for Grace, she ends up with Clyde in a team and gets more and more angry as they lose over and over again. To improve the relationship between Jack and Malcolm, Karen takes Jack with her on a shopping trip with Malcolm. Malcolm tries to win Jack over by buying him a nice Italian suit, but Jack still wants Karen to get back together with Stan. 

Season 8, Episode 5: The Hole Truth
Although she is back together with Stan, Karen hasn't broken up with Malcolm yet. It is Grace who tells him about the fact that Karen is back with her husband. Since Malcolm doesn't want to go alone to the autumn carnival, he takes Grace, who happens to tell him that she is also going alone, as his date. Will tries to organize a carnival auction for Project Angel and tries to get Baby Glenn, who once fell into a hole as a child and became famous for this, as an item to auction. Besides Baby Glenn, also Jack is up as an item at the auction.

Season 8, Episode 6: Love Is in the Airplane
After taking a Red Eye flight to London for the weekend with Will, Grace wants to check if there are any celebrities on board. Although she meets no stars, she finds out that Leo is in the first class. After having a make-over in the airplane toilet, Grace tries to act as if she actually bumps into him. While Grace talks to Leo, Will flirts with flight attendants to get food, drinks and a better seat. In New York, Jack tries to convince Karen to re-hire Rosario. But, the new maid threatens Jack that she will hurt him if he makes Karen fire her. Karen, of course, doesn't believe him when he tells her about her new aggressive maid.
