Lucia di Lammermoor is een dramma tragico, of tragische opera in drie bedrijven van Gaetano Donizetti. Salvatore Cammarano schreef het Italiaanse libretto naar de historische roman The Bride of Lammermoor van Walter Scott. Het is een van de belangrijkste belcanto-opera's. De première vond plaats op 26 september 1835 in het Teatro San Carlo te Napels. Donizetti bewerkte deze partituur ook tot een Franstalige versie: deze ging op 6 augustus 1839 in première in het Théâtre de la Renaissance te Parijs als Lucie de Lammermoor.
