On November 8, 2009, at the end of the Working On A Dream tour, Springsteen and the E Street Band performed The River in its entirety for the first time at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

There is very little (almost no) crowd noise in this recording.  Some light clapping between songs is most of what you hear.  It's a very nice sounding recording, from Clarence's side of the stage.

I also recorded night 1 but there are several excellent recordings available already and I had a woman who screamed throughout the entire show right in front of me.  It didn't make for a great recording :(
