Urban Lightscape v1.2

Urban Lightscape is for photographers who love light. It can be used to correct exposure, make localised brightness adjustments and introduce artificial lighting to your photos. 

Some other features include:
Rediscover hidden detail obscured by harsh shadows or glaring lights.
Use Urban Lightscape for those subjects that deserve better exposure than you got in-camera.
add light in post-production that you didn't have on set.
Available as both a standalone application and as a plugin to Photoshop and Photoshop Elements.

WHAT'S NEW
Version 1.2.0:
Adds a "Tolerance" slider for greater control over edges. Using the slider allows you to adjust the sensitivity that the light fill around each control point has toward edges. This makes it easier to fill well-defined shapes in a photo.
A number of bug fixes: for occasional crashes on some images, and for default parameter settings in Photoshop.
