About this album



So Much More (Songs Of Redemption part 2) by Rootsriders was released December 2008. The album features tracks recorded on tour in various African countries (Tanzania, Swaziland, South Africa). Guest artists are Fid-Q, vocalists Malfred, Rodgers & Mansniper from Tanzania, dancehall artist Huzaman from Zanzibar, reggae artists EJ von Lyrik, Seven Raggasouljah & Teba and rock drummer & vocalist Paul Wilson, all from South Africa. Other guests who appear on the album are Ziggi, Caprice and Hindu dancehall sensation Ashwin Jaydee who’s track with Postmen veteran Maikal X (aka Shyrock) is one of the highlights of the album.  The 12 set disc was jointly produced by the band’s keyboard player & hip-hop producer Darin G and hot new reggae producersteam Bokizzle. Ziggi’s manager and producer Mr. Rude produced produced the track featuring Ziggi and dance producer Mr. Fonc was responsible for the only remix on the album.
