I made several attempts to encode the transport stream exactly the way it is with the MTV commercial transitions, but the cuts in the .TS file (from removing the commercials) would cause Procoder to crash. I ended up cutting out those transitions altogether, creating fade outs and ins instead. Nothing is lost other than the crappy, stretched out, pixellated graphic transitions. However, due to these cuts I could not use a direct audio stream (original audio stream is 384k AC3 2.0), as Procoder encodes audio to WAV, so I kept the audio in the WAV format so there would be no further compression on it. Volume level was extremely low so I brought it into Wavelab and brought it up to a normal DVD volume level.
