Submarine School S01E04 (2011)

The students face their toughest tests yet in their bid to 
pass the Perisher course and become qualified to 
command their own nuclear submarines. But with a high 
failure rate, the chances are that at least one of them will 
fall at this final hurdle. First they face all-out war in the 
climax of the Nato Joint Warrior exercise, with two of the 
young officers forced to make tough decisions. Then just 
one more exercise - with VIP top brass looking over their 
shoulders - before teacher Jim Perks makes his final 
decision and reveals who has passed and who has 
failed.
