Steve Hackett (Londen, 12 februari 1950) is een Brits musicus en gitarist. In 1970 verving hij Anthony Phillips in de Britse rockband Genesis. Hij speelde met die band op acht albums, tot hij in 1977 de band verliet om solo verder te gaan.
