Creedence Clearwater Revival was een Amerikaanse rockband, die zijn hoogtijdagen kende in de periode 1968-1972. De bezetting bestond uit John Fogerty (1945; zang/gitaar), zijn broer Tom Fogerty (1941-1990; gitaar), Stu Cook (1945; bas) en Doug Clifford (1945; drums). De groep kent een karakteristieke swamp blues (moeras-blues), een mix van country, blues en rock n' roll.
