A poignant tale about children that are left to fend for themselves: some are dropped off in the street, while some are abandoned in the hospital the second they are born.

Municipality (Shams) is a 12 year old kid. He is called so because he was found outside a Municipality hospital. His friends include street children like the 10 year old Cutting (Fayaz), 8 year old Dhed Shaana (Jaffer), 14 year old Soda (Salman), and a 10 year old girl called Sursuri (Almas).

Municipality comes across an abandoned new-born baby on the street. He takes it upon himself to find his mother with the help of his friends. The question remains, will they ever find the woman that left her child to die on the road? Will the 12 year old that thinks his mom will come looking for him one day realize that once you give up a kid, you never want to see it again?
