Southwest rock and blues music innovator "Rudy Boy" Jaramillo has announced the release of his latest studio album from the Rudy Boy Experiment, which will debut this January via DSN Music. The Way It Is Now, marks the fourth worldwide album release from the Albuquerque New Mexico based group, and features an eclectic mix of rock, blues and country and western.

Several tracks from The Way It Is Now were produced by multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning producer Pete Anderson, who has worked with veteran artists such as Dwight Yoakam, Roy Orbison, Tanya Tucker, Jackson Browne and Buck Owens. "We were fortunate to get to record two songs with Grammy Winner Pete Anderson" stated Jaramillo. "We recorded at The Nest at Pete's house with a great engineer Tony Rambo. It was great to get to work with such professionals and to get treated like family."

The Rudy Boy Experiment is a trio featuring "Rudy Boy" Jaramillo on guitars and vocals. Tony Rambo co-produced with Anderson at The Nest in Glendale California, with post production mastered at Eagle Rock Studios in Albuquerque, NM.

"Putting this album together was truly a humbling experience" said Jaramillo. "Being a new father I wanted to put a song on this record for my daughter and to show her how much I love her. The title track [The Way It Is Now] is a reflection of my life now and was my father's favorite song, then losing him really started to show me what fatherhood is about. I am dedicating this album to my father and wrote a song for him."

The eclectic mix of tracks on the album has generated interest from a unique collection of radio stations across the U.S. including rock outlets to country, as the release made it's debut on stations such as Rock Radio KDKT and Texas Radio/KCCT in Corpus Christi, Texas.

"The Way It Is Now" is scheduled for a worldwide release via DSN Music Tuesday January 21st, and will be available via online and mobile stores such as Amazon.com, iTunes, Google Music, Spotify, Rhapsody, eMusic and hundreds more.
