General storyline:
Junkyard Wars
This engineering challenge started off some years ago in the UK and has now made it over to TLC. In 2001 they filmed two seasons" worth of programs with a whole series of extreme Junkyard machines being built by teams of bikers, high-tech engineers, school teachers, and even hillbillies!

Episode:
Challenge : build a one-man submarine & race against the clock. The team with the fastest time over 3 attempts moves on to the Grand Final. 

Contestants - 

Red Team : The Custom Cruisers.
Team captain Brewsir, Willie & Broyles.
Expert : Bob Wickland.

Blue Team : The Model T"s.
Team captain Gary, Justin & Stephen.
Expert : Ken Ridley.
