Credits go to the original uploader of the huuuuge MKV file of all four band"s shows! I have split them into seperate files for each
 bands without compressing or re-encoding the files. The resulting file served as the source for the DVD authoring.
Sadly, a mistake happened while authoring: the main menu has no background image. That doesn"t affect the playability of the DVD
 at all, of course, it"s just a bit annoying for me! ;)

Sound and image quality is excellent!
