In this comedy special taped at DAR Constitution Hall, his first solo special on the network in seven years, Williams covers such topics global warming, sex and politics, the state of health care in the country (suggesting a cash for clunkers program for elderly relatives, among other things), drugs - recreational and otherwise - and more personal topics, including his recent heart surgery.

Synopsis: One of the most gifted and revered performers of our time, Academy Award-winning actor/writer/comedian/free spirit Robin Williams stars in his fifth HBO stand-up special and his first solo TV concert since July 2002. The exclusive comedy event is the culmination of Williams? sold-out U.S. tour (his first in six years), and will be taped before a live audience at Washington?s DAR Constitution Hall.
