Shapeshifter AE - A fast new 3D plugin for After Effects

I've recently added a new tool to my motion graphics toolbox - it's a plugin for After Effects called Shapeshifter AE, produced by Mettle, the small company behind popular plugin Freeform Pro.

Essentially Shapeshifter generates 3D extrusions.  That in itself is nothing new, but what sets Shapeshifter apart from the competition is it's sheer speed.
